SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• We only ship your order once all the payment and delivery details have been approved. All charges for delivery will appear directly on your checkout page after you have selected your shipping address.
• Within the E.U. we ship using DHL and your order should arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery may take longer than usual during sales and high seasons.  Arts on Hats is not liable for the delays caused by the shipping side.

• As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with shipping information which you can use to track your order on the official website of DHL. 

• Our Eshop offers direct delivery services to the countries listed below. If you would like to inquire about delivery to another location please contact our Customer Service by email at customerservice@artsonhats.com
